• Phone number— optionally provided during lead capture
• Quiz and calculator answers— your responses to our assessment questions, used to generate personalized results

• Cookies and tracking pixels— we use Meta Pixel and Google Ads pixel to measure ad performance and deliver relevant advertising. These may set cookies on your device.
• Analytics data— we may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, device type). This data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.
• IP address and browser information— collected automatically by our hosting provider and included in signed document metadata for audit purposes.

4. Third-party services

• Supabase— database hosting (your data is stored in PostgreSQL with encryption at rest)
• Resend— transactional email delivery (OTP codes and reports only)
• Vercel— website hosting and deployment
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram)— advertising pixel for campaign measurement
• Google— advertising pixel for campaign measurement
• Calendly— appointment scheduling for discovery calls

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies set by Meta Pixel and Google Ads to track conversions and deliver targeted advertising. These cookies may collect information about your browsing activity across websites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect the functionality of our audit or calculator tools.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes. Specifically:

• Email and phone— retained until you request deletion
• Quiz/calculator answers and scores— retained until you request deletion
• OTP verification codes— expire after 10 minutes and are marked as used

• Correct any inaccurate data
• Delete your data from our systems
• Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes
• Export your data in a portable format

8. International data transfers

Our services are hosted on infrastructure provided by Supabase and Vercel, which may store data in data centers outside your country of residence. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these providers.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
